# Tri-phased Strategic Roadmap

### Ensuring both growth and sustainability for a DeFi protocol is a task that keeps giving headaches to every team.

### To make sure we catch both explosive growth and the stability long term, we designed a *Tri-Phased Plan* reward system that works around our core mechanics.

### This roadmap will hugely reward the early participants of the Bera Reserve protocol, at the cost of a slowdown in growth during the late days.

### The treasury will be used accordingly during all of the 3 phases in order to emphasize its characteristics.
